DAY 01 : Arrive Haridwar & Drive Barkot (189 kms-appx 5 & half hours)

Welcome to Char Dham Yatra 2024!!!

Your driver will meet and greet you at Haridwar Railway station and assist you to drive to Barkot via Mussoorie & Kempty Fall. Beauty of the route will amaze you. Mussoorie is a beautiful hill station in Himalya. Continue your drive to Barkot.

On arrival at Barkot, check in at the hotel for your Overnight stay
DAY 02 :Barkot-Yamnotri-Barkot (46 Km / 2 hrs & Start trek 06 KM Each Side)

This morning wake up early and start to Janki Chatti (Drive 46 Kms) to start your 6kms one way trek to Yamnotri. First glimpse of the temple is one of its kind, have darshan of Maa Yamuna at Temple along with Surya Kund, GauriKund nearby. After darshan trek back to Janki Chatti and from here drive back to Barkot for your stay

DAY 03 : Barkot-Guptkashi/Sitapur (278 Km- appx 9 hrs)

Morning after having your breakfast drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur. On arrival check into the hotel.

DAY 04 : Sitapur/Sirsi-Kedarnath (10 kms + 18 kms Trek one way)
Morning get up early and drive to Sonprayag, from there take shared vehicle to Gaurikund (5 Kms), as private vehicles are not allowed to go further. Start your 18 kms trek from Gaurikund. You can hire Pony from here. Return Pony will cost you around 3500 to 4000 per person which is negotiable. You can negotiate and pay there. One can hire pony or doly for the Yatra by paying them directly.

On arrival check into the government allotted camps. The camps would be having basic facilities and sharing. As after disaster the stay is operated by government. After freshen up proceeds for Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Temple and shrines nearby to the temple.
[IMP: It is recommended to start for Kedarnath in the early morning, reason being the way to Kedarnath Ji goes through Sonprayag Parking. In Yatra season one may find heavy traffic jam to reach Sonprayag parking, so if we start early and route will be free we can reach Kedarnath Temple on time and find time to have rest too.]

DAY 05 : Kedarnath- Sirsi/Sitapur (18 Km trek down) & drive
Morning again after having Darshan of ShriKedarnathji Temple, starts you trek down. Your driver will meet you at Sonprayag parking and drove you to Sitapur/Sirsi. Have rest for the day to relax and overcome the fatigue.

DAY 06: Guptkashi/Sitapur – Rishikesh - Haridwar (235 kms – appx 7 hours)
- Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar via Rishikesh, on the way road side stopover at Devprayag Sangam & in Rishikesh visit Laxman & Ramjhula with Swargashram. The excursion depedns upon the available time. However we recommend you to take a day margin in your retrun flight/train.
  
  On arrival transfer to Railway station/Airport for your onward journey with blessings of almighty and all the revered deities of Char Dhaam.

Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of non availability of the offered hotels we will book similar other hotel. The same will be updated to you.
We recommend to not travel if having feaver/tested Corona Positive or if in Quarantine period.
Check in and Checkout time at most of the hotels is from 12 noon to 10 in the morning. Early check in is subject to charge.
At hotels in Chardham sector there may won’t be lift.
Room heaters are chargeable and paid directly
Non Ac rooms will be provided during the Yatra at hotel
For long drives ideal time to start the journey is as early as you can in between 5 am to 6 am
Meals will be on fixed menu basis and pure veg. For any specific food item guest can order and ask on direct payment basis.
For Triple rooms depending upon policy of hotel some hotels provide proper extra bed and some extra metres for the third person. Hence please advise before booking if you would have any specific requirements.
Your Tour will be completely exclusive, you may ask for modification in the itinerary before confirming the tour as according to your requirement and number of days you will have.
Your sightseeing will be conducted as according to the offered itinerary. Any extra run of car for sightseeing other than mentioned in the itinerary and beyond the city limits will attract the supplement cost.
Package is based on offered car in the inclusions section. You may also upgrade the vehicle as according to your interest.
For early breakfast or packed guest have to ask the hotel directly and will be on guests and hotels availability and understanding.
We don’t guarantee to book the heli ticket, as it depends upon the availability and weather conditions.

Chardham is not a usual sector as other tourist destinations. The services and supply are limited. Your emails will be the part of your booking and hence kindly read your mailer conversations properly. Ignorance may miss some useful information or point that to be noticed for the tour.
You are advised to carry only the necessary things with you. Avoid bringing ornaments etc. with you. Take proper care and check yours belonging before leaving your car, hotel etc. We shall not be liable for any loss.
Please make a double check of your Photo ID Proof before final packing up for the Tour. As per government instructions travelers must carry their Photo Identity Proof and 02 passport size copies along with them. Students can carry their Identity card and for informants 02 passport size photos are must required. They are also required at the hotels and camps during check in, helipad etc.
Guests are recommended to be meticulous about timing and start early for the next destination. It is needed so that they can have hassle free darshans and reach the other destination on time. It is very common of road blocks, sudden rain, traffic jams in Chardham Yatra season.
For the extra 03rd Person some hotels provide proper extra bed and some extra mattress. We request you to please inform us well in advance before booking if you prefer only extra bed.
It is advised to go for a medical checkup before commencing the yatra. Don’t forget to keep and bring the necessary prescribed medicines if any.
Don’t ignore any pain or symptom of discomfort during the yatra and inform to the representative. Your safety & comfort is our priority.
In case of any major vehicle breakdown we will try our best to arrange for another vehicle as soon as possible. For minor problems the vehicle will be repaired in the shortest time. We seek to have your cooperation on this.
If guest(s)/passenger(s) fails to reach pre booked hotel/ destination due to reasons beyond our control viz. rail, flight, helicopters delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, curfew, they have to manage all expenses for their same day stay. In case of cancellation, our cancelation policy will be applicable.
At hilly areas/parked or stopped vehicle ac will not be operated.
We recommend that for last day return train or flight keep a day or so margin to avoid a miss. As you can understand weather keeps on changing in Chardham sector and road blocks, traffic jam may take few to many hours time.
We don’t guarantee to book the heli ticket, as it depends upon the availability and weather conditions.
Safety of the group is on drivers hand and hence he will not drive on no entry zones or narrow streets and believe not to be forced to do so.
Night drives are not recommended and hence not be carried out. Loud music can distract the driver and hence seek to have your support.
There will be on pickup and drop points for the tour, in case of split arrival and departure there will a supplement charge for the service.
Any hike in the prices of petrol/diesel in India will lead to change in the prices. If the price hike would be more than 6% than the time of booking, increase difference need to be paid.
At some destinations market or area may have NO Entry for all or large vehicles depending upon the conditions and situation. In such situation another vehicle will be arranged. In such situation the guests are required to pay directly for the transport. As this cost is not included in the package.
Sightseeing will be done as according to the mentioned places in the itinerary.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
There won’t be any refund for short stay or service /facilities not availed.
There won’t be any refund or cancellation will be made in any situation that is beyond the control of company like bad weather, landslide, road blocks, snow fall, strike etc.

We recommend the guests to get a travel insurance before commencing the tour. As the company won’t be held liable and responsible for any injury/theft/accident/death of a person or damage during the tour.
We reserve all the rights to cancel the service that have not been paid full advance by the guests.
