How to Book
To secure your Tour with us we require just 30% of the Total Tour Cost along with full flight/Train fare (if any) as an initial advance, 20% of further advance after receiveing the confirmation of your hotel and services. You have options to make the advance payment through Bank Transfers, Western Union Money Transfer, NEFT or Wire Transfer to our Official Bank Account. So for what you are waiting for? You are just one step away from travelling to your dream destination.
After Booking
After receiving the advance we will process the booking of your Tour services like hotel, transportation, train, flight and several other services that are included in the package. Once we receive the confirmation from the service providers we will email you the service confirmation status.

Balance 50% we would need at the time of your arrival in India. You have options to pay the balance tour amount either in cash or by traveller's cheque.
On Arrival
Our representative will meet you at your point of arrival, holding the pla card of your name. He will introduce you with the driver, assist you to transfer to hotel and check in and handover you all the necessary travel documents. You need to pay the balance amount to him.
During Tour
For your convenience we will be at your disposal 24X7. Our tour operation department's executive handling your file will be in touch with you on regular basis. Please feel free to call us for any kind of the information, clarification or assistance required at any time or any point of the Tour. It would be our honor and responsibility too to make your Tour comfortable, interesting with proper care.
Tour Amendment
Once the tour is confirmed our company does not encourage any amendment or change in the tour program. However on your requirement, agreement or the things that are beyond our control the same could be done, but that may incur supplement charges of the services on the guest.
We understand that cancellation would be only due to some major reason. However, the guests are requested to make the cancellation request with valid reason in written to us. As all the advances and payments for all the services are made in advance, there would be cancellation charge as per below slab.
Refund Policy
  • 60% cancellation charge of the payment after Confirmation of hotel and services
  • 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival
  • 25% of the total tour cost will be refunded from 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival
  • There will be no refund on cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival
  • Refund on Flight or Train Ticket will be made as per the airlines policy after deducting our service charge
  • Refund may take from 02 to 04 weeks
In case of cancellation after confirmation prior to above mentioned slab 2% of the amount will be deducted from the advance and balance will be refunded.
Our Limitations
Being a travel agent we believe that to provide best quality services along with care of guests is our prime responsibility. Our team will be always available to assist you from the day you have started your first conversation with us and even after completion of the Tour.

We at Plan our Travel India Pvt. Ltd try to put our level best to make your Tour comfortable and memorable. To make everything transparent we would like to bring your kind notice at some points which restricts our area at some special situations which are beyond our control. We seek to have your kind cooperation at that crucial time and moments.

We hope you agree that government policies are beyond our control hence after finalizing any tour there would be any hike in entrance fees of monuments, taxes or guide charges etc. the same would be charged as extra. Some time due to numerous factors like weather, road conditions, physical ability of participants etc restrict our scope and we would have to change the route for safety concerns, comfort and general well being. But yes, at the same time all will be done after discussing with you and getting your concern.

We request you to kindly done with all kind of the required insurance from your home country before commencing your Tour. Insurance is first requirement to recover the loss caused by any theft or any other reason. Hence guests are advised to seek such insurance from their home country.
