Can I get some information about India which could help me to decide about my Travel?
Answer: Please visit our “Know more about India” page and you will get a brief overview about whole India. This will help you to know about the destination and attractions you are looking for along with best time to visit etc. After going through it you can send us a query for more detailed package as according to your requirement.

Can I get a travel package as according to my requirement?
Answer: We are specialised in making tailor made itineraries as according to requirement of guests. Hence we will design the tour package as according to your requirements and budget. You just need to send us your query by filling the query from and our travel professionals will get back to you within 24 hours of sending a query.

When should I book the package?
Answer: We suggest you to make the booking once you finalize with the dates. It is always better to book in advance to avoid any non availability, hike in price of the services and avail special rates.

How do I trust your Travel Agency?
Answer: Plan Our Travel India Pvt. Ltd is a government approved and registered Travel Company under the company’s act 1956. Validating the fact we have attached the certificate of incorporation on the website. Our professionals have been serving the trade since a decade and have a wide experience about the destinations and different services. Moreover we have registered ground operating travel agents throughout the India.

Do I pay need to pay any advance for the services?
Answer: Yes for the confirmation we require 30% of the total tour cost along with full train or flight fare (if applicable) as an advance. Balance we would require at the time of your arrival.

How can I pay?
Answer: You can make the advance payment through Bank Deposit, online money transfer or Western Union Money transfer. Balance you can pay in cash (US Dollar, EURO or POUND equivalent to Indian rupees) or through travellers cheque.

Is there any hidden charge or tax?
Answer: We believe in transparent business deals. The package offered to you will be inclusive of all the service and government taxes. Everything will be made crystal clear to you and will be mentioned in the inclusions & non inclusions section.

Is my personal information safe?
Answer: Your personal information is totally safe and secure with us and would not be shared with anyone. Your information will be kept confidential and is used only for booking purpose.

How will I receive my Travel documents?
Answer: Once we receive the advance payment we will process the booking of your services and send you the confirmations via email. Our representative will meet you at the point of arrival and handover you the hardcopy of all the necessary documents.

How my arrival will be arranged?
Answer: Our representative will meet you at your point of arrival (airport/railway station) holding the pla card of your name and assist you to transfer to hotel and check in. We will send you the pla card to be used along with representative & driver details in advance via email. 

What extra I can get from you?
Answer: We at Plan Our Travel India Pvt. Ltd try to provide best quality of services along with comfort and best rates. Our personal care being in professional periphery will be an additional treat for you. Not only this but also in case if we get any good deal for your tour we will update you even after booking and will apply the special deal for you. Throughout the tour you will feel like at home, our representative will be in continuous touch with you throughout the tour. You will be frequently receiving all the updates and important information regarding your tour.

How do I cancel or change the booking?
Answer: For cancellation/change you will have to send us a request along with the valid reason in written. In case of last minute cancellation there would a cancellation charge applicable that you can go through in Terms & condition section of website.

How the refund will work?
